Measurement Campaign for End of Warranty Check
MML has been commissioned to carry out a comprehensive measurement campaign for the End of Warranty in several wind farms in Germany. Using our innovative KSM-System, the condition of the drivetrain, pitch- and yaw-systems will be precisely assessed before the warranty expires. The measurements cover all relevant components in a total of 15 modern multi-megawatt turbines and are completed within just a few days with maximum efficiency. This campaign ensures that potential issues are identified early, guaranteeing optimal operation of the turbines even after the warranty period ends.

Endoscopy Inspection Under Extreme Conditions
MML was commissioned to perform an endoscopy inspection on a large roller bearing of a tunnel boring machine that showed severe vibrations after several kilometers of operation. The customer received a detailed condition assessment along with a recommendation for further operation and commissioned MML for additional investigations.
